Special BBQ Chicken Biryani recipe just in time for the weekend.Quick and easy-to-cook BBQ Chicken Biryani full of spices and aroma is all you need to impress your loved ones. <br /><br />******************************** <br /><br />#recipes4all <br />#bbqchickenbiryani <br />#bbqchicken <br />#chickenbiryani <br />#chicken <br /><br />Printable recipe : https://easy-recipes-4-all.blogspot.com/2024/11/barbeque-biryani-ingredients-red-chilli.html <br /><br />********************************** <br />Special BBQ Chicken Biryani <br /><br />Barbeque Biryani <br /><br />Ingredients: <br /><br />Red chilli whole 6-7 <br />Coriander seeds 1 Tbsp <br />Star anise 1 <br />Cumin seeds 1 Tbsp <br />Black pepper corns 10-12 <br />Cloves 8-10 <br />Black cardamom 2 <br /><br />Yellow food color 1/4 Tsp <br />Salt 1 Tbsp or to taste <br />Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp <br />Red chilli powder 1 Tbsp or to taste <br />Lemon juice 2 Tbsp <br />Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp <br />Yogurt 1/2 Cup <br />Chicken biryani cut 1 Kg <br /><br />Cooking oil 2-3 Tbsp <br />Cooking oil ½ cup <br />Onion sliced 2-3 <br />Cinnamon stick 2 <br />Green cardamom 5 <br />Bay leaves 3 <br />Tomatoes sliced 2-3 <br />Green chillies 5-6 <br />Ginger garlic paste 1 Tbsp <br />Turmeric powder ½ Tsp <br />Salt 1 Tsp or to taste <br />Red chilli powder 1 Tsp or to taste <br />Garam masala powder 1 Tsp <br />Yogurt ½ cup <br />Mint leaves ½ cup <br />Coriander leaves ½ cup <br />Fried Onions ½ cup <br />Basmati Rices 1 kg soaked and boiled <br />Fried Onion as required <br />Oil 3-4 Tbsp <br />Milk 1/2 cup <br />Yellow food color ½ tsp <br /><br />Directions: <br /><br />Grind whole red chilies, coriander seeds, Star anise, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, cloves and black cardamom until coarsely ground and set aside. <br /> <br />In a bowl mix yellow food color, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and yogurt and add in chicken and mix well and marinate for 30 minutes. <br /><br />Fry the chicken mix until it is done and charred and give coal smoke for 2 minutes and set aside. <br /><br />In another pot add onions in heated oil and fry till translucent then add bay leaves, cinnamon, green cardamom and fry until golden brown. <br /> <br />Then add green chilies, tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, prepared spice mix, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, mix and add yogurt, then mix well and cook until oil separates. <br /><br />Then add coriander leaves, mint leaves, fried onion and the BBQ chicken. <br /><br />Add the boiled rice and sprinkle with fried onion and the prepared spice mix,Whisk yellow food color in Milk and add in the biryani mix. then cover with lid and steam cook for 15-20 minutes.
